What do the tickets include? 
Tickets to the Six Flags Caribbean Concerts include the Theme Park all day, wild safari, shows, rides and fireworks.
 
What is an Upgrade?
An upgrade is purchased when you already have a Six Flags ticket or season pass and would like to attend the concert.  Upgrades are only available online. Once purchased you can pick them up on the days of the concert.

If I already have a Six Flags Ticket or Season Pass can I get into the Concert? 
NO, you will not be able to get into the concert arena, you will have to purchase an upgrade. Upgrades are only available online at $30 ea. and $40 ea. from July 8th.

Are children allowed FREE admission? 
YES - Children 3 years and under are free.

Where/When do I get my tickets once I buy them online?
Once you purchase online, you will receive a confirmation; print it; and bring with you on July 10th to the Caribbean Booth located at Six Flags Main entrance to uplift your tickets and concert entry band.  Caribbean Concert Booth will open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
 How many tickets do I have to purchase to get one free?

 What time do the concerts begin?
Gates open at 4:00 - show begins at 5:00 pm.

Are tickets refundable?
NO, online or outlet tickets are not refundable.  However they can be used by anyone else or at a later date.
